Zoono uses a “Physical Kill” process called lysis that kills microorganisms by piercing and rupturing cell membranes

The Zoono Molecule

Each side is 10 nm long. A human hair is 100 nm thick!

Zoono is an antimicrobial nano technology that kills microbial cells by stabbing through the cell membrane and destroying the organism. The underlying technology has been understood for many years but until recently no manufacturer has been able to deliver the stability, efficacy, safety and reliability consumers and businesses demand. Zoono has re-engineered known technologies with a unique proprietary process and ingredients into a highly effective, long-lasting, nontoxic, water-based solution. Because Zoono delivers a broad spectrum physical kill, it does not discriminate between pathogens, it kills them all. If a cell can be punctured, Zoono will do so.

Zoono provides protection from a broad spectrum of harmful microorganisms yet is completely nontoxic to humans and animals.

And because germs cannot build up a tolerance to being impaled like they can to being poisoned, Zoono maintains its effectiveness and prevents mutation.

The Zoono technology, which is currently available in more than 40 countries around the world, can be characterized as a layer of molecular “pins” that assemble in a contiguous, molecular matrix. The resulting barrier is hostile to cellular life that is subject to lysis — the disintegration of a cell by rupture of the cell wall or membrane.

Zoono’s structure comes from mixing silicon from quartz, hydrocarbons and nitrogen, then heating and stirring to form a sword-shaped long-chain compound. The final product is a long-lasting, nontoxic, food-safe* antibacterial, antifungal and anti-algal sanitizer that is revolutionizing the war on germs.
The final product: a long-lasting, nontoxic, food-safe antibacterial , antiviral, antifungal and anti-algal sanitizer that is revolutionizing the war on germs.

It has been approved as such in NZ and international markets and similar registration is being pursued for the U.S.
